    Our partner brands

Team EPC handles energy assessment — EPCs, SAP, SBEM and Part L compliance. Two partner brands sit alongside us under the same ownership and cover the rest of what a building needs: Fire Risk Specialists for fire safety, and Premier Insurance Services for insurance. One relationship, three specialisms, each done by people who do it full time.

    Fire safety

    Fire Risk Specialists

PAS 79 fire risk assessments, BS 5839 fire alarm and BS 5266 emergency lighting certification, and fire door inspections for blocks of flats, HMOs, offices and commercial premises.

Why this matters for landlords and managing agents

Same building, same year, same responsible person

An EPC, a fire risk assessment and an insurance renewal all land on the same property and usually on the same person's desk. Handling them as three unrelated errands is how deadlines get missed.

    Information that carries across

Measuring a building for an EPC produces the floor areas, construction and extension history that a rebuild valuation depends on. Fire safety findings shape what an insurer wants to see. Sharing that once saves repeating it three times.

    One conversation, specialist delivery

You describe the property once. Each brand then does its own work with its own qualified people, its own reports and its own professional indemnity cover — nothing is subcontracted to a generalist.

    Nothing is bundled

There is no package you have to buy and no fee for an introduction. Use one brand, two, or all three.

    What we do ourselves

Energy assessment stays in house, from a single flat EPC to a whole block, a bulk portfolio programme or Part L design-stage and as-built compliance for developers.

    • Fully qualified, accredited and insured assessors
    • Lodged certificates, not draft PDFs
    • One invoice where work spans brands
    • Reminders before certificates expire

    Common questions

Who are Team EPC's partner brands?
Two: Fire Risk Specialists, which delivers PAS 79 fire risk assessments and fire safety certification, and Premier Insurance Services, an FCA-authorised insurance broker established in 1983. Both sit alongside Team EPC under the same ownership, and each does its own specialist work.
Why keep them as separate brands?
Because energy assessment, fire safety and insurance broking are three different disciplines with three different sets of qualifications and regulators. Keeping them separate means the person doing your work does it full time, rather than a generalist covering all three.
Can I instruct all three through one conversation?
Yes. Give us the address and what the building needs. We arrange the energy assessment, hand the fire safety work to Fire Risk Specialists and introduce you to a named broker at Premier. You still receive each report and policy from the specialist who produced it.
Is there a discount for using more than one brand?
Where we combine work on the same building or portfolio we can usually reduce the visit and administration cost, and multi-property work is priced as a batch. Insurance premiums are set by insurers, so those are quoted on their own merits.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
Each brand is responsible for its own work and carries its own professional indemnity and public liability cover. Premier is separately authorised and regulated by the FCA, with Ombudsman and FSCS protection for eligible clients.
Do I have to use the partners?
No. Nothing is bundled and there is no obligation. Most clients use the introductions because it saves them sourcing three suppliers, but you are free to instruct anyone you like for the fire safety or insurance side.

Tell us what the building needs

Send the address and what is due — certificate, fire risk assessment, insurance renewal, or all three. We book our own work and make the introductions for the rest.

No introduction fee, no obligation, and you are free to use any other fire safety consultant or broker you prefer.
