Questions
Before you apply.
Do I need to be accredited?
Yes, for EPC, SAP and fire-risk work you'll need current membership of a recognised accreditation scheme. We check this during onboarding.
Is this employed or self-employed?
Our field assessors work on a self-employed basis and choose which jobs to take.
What documents will you ask for?
Your accreditation certificate, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and photo ID — but only after we've spoken.
Which areas do you cover?
London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Berkshire. Add the postcode areas you'd like to work in on the form.
