How volume EPC contracts are priced
The single biggest cost in an EPC is not the survey itself — it is getting an assessor to the door. Once we are on site, the next flat along the corridor costs far less to survey and model, which is why per-property rates drop sharply as the batch grows.
Three things move the number: how many properties there are, how tightly they are grouped, and how fast you need them lodged. A 60-flat block on one street with flexible dates is the cheapest possible shape of work; sixty scattered addresses all needed inside a week is the most expensive.
Whatever the shape, the deliverable is the same: every certificate lodged on the national EPC Register, one tracker showing each address with its band, score and expiry date, one point of contact, and one invoice. Send the address list and we confirm a fixed per-property rate in writing.
