The challenge
When each site buys its own compliance locally, reports arrive in different formats, on different dates, at different depths. Head office cannot see which site is due, which action is outstanding, or whether two reports even mean the same thing.
What we did
Delivered with our sister brand Fire Risk Specialists, all eight sites were assessed to the same methodology by the same team, with showroom, workshop and office areas covered at each, and one schedule agreed with head office rather than site by site.
The outcome
Eight comparable reports, one renewal calendar and a single invoice, so the group can see outstanding actions across the estate at a glance. The same portfolio approach is how we run multi-site EPC programmes.
