The challenge
Twenty-five independent operators means twenty-five sets of cooking equipment, extraction runs and housekeeping habits inside one open space, with public seating between them and a single set of escape routes for everybody.
What we did
Delivered with our sister brand Fire Risk Specialists, the hall was assessed as one premises with kiosk-level detail — cooking and extraction risk, separation, escape route capacity, and the management arrangements that keep independent tenants to the same standard.
The outcome
A single report the landlord could act on and hand to tenants, with findings ranked by priority and a clear split between landlord and kiosk-level responsibilities.
